Geotrade is a financial information and market intelligence platform that: - Aggregates publicly available news and market data - Displays geopolitical events on an interactive 3D globe - Provides educational analysis of how events may affect financial markets - Offers personalized summaries based on user-provided portfolio information - Displays historical market event data for educational purposes The Service is designed to help users understand the relationship between world events and financial markets. It is not a trading platform, brokerage service, or financial advisory service.

All information provided through the Service including but not limited to market analysis, chain effect predictions, sector impacts, affected stocks lists, and market signals is for educational and informational purposes only. This information should not be construed as: - Investment advice or recommendations to buy or sell securities - Financial planning advice - Tax advice - Legal advice - Any other professional advice You acknowledge that any investment decisions you make based on information from the Service are made at your own risk. To access certain features of the Service you must create an account. When creating an account you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your password - Promptly update your information if it changes - Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Geotrade offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free Tier: Access to basic globe view and top 5 daily events at no charge. Pro Subscription: Full access to all features including personalized morning brief, chain effects, and historical timeline. Billed monthly at $9.99. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Service's content commercially without permission - Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content - Impersonate any person or entity - Engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity using information from the Service - Share your account credentials with others We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms without notice or refund.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Geotrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our Trademarks: The Geotrade name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Geotrade. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Your Content: By entering portfolio information into the Service you grant us a limited license to use that information solely to provide the personalized features of the Service. You retain ownership of your portfolio data. Third Party Content: News headlines and market data displayed in the Service are sourced from third party providers and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. We display this content under applicable fair use and licensing arrangements.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through the Service. News data is sourced from third party providers and may contain errors or delays. Market data may be delayed and should not be used for real-time trading decisions. AI-generated analysis including chain effects, plain-language explanations, and market impact assessments are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. These analyses are for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided or for any actions taken in reliance on that information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEOTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GEOTRADE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GEOTRADE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geotrade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any third party rights - Any investment decisions you make based on information from the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account you may do so through app settings or by contacting support@geotrade.app. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
